What is it about?
This conference is about different aspects of sustainability, beginning with agriculture and continuing along the food supply chain up to people’s homes. Both in presentations and smaller scale workshops you will have the opportunity to actively participate and engage in discussions with presenters from various backgrounds.
The programme has been especially prepared for new and current students of the MSc International Food Business and Consumer Studies (a joint degree programme of Kassel University and Fulda University of Applied Sciences) and the MSc Sustainable International Agriculture (a joint degree programme of Kassel University and Goettingen University). Any other interested participants are welcome!
With our choice of topics and speakers, we want to offer you the opportunity to get both an insight into current developments in scientific research and to learn more about the work of certification bodies, about project management or food taboos.... have a look at the programme!
We are looking forward to meet you at the conference, whether it’s in the presentations or one of the workshops, during the evening programme or at the Saturday excursion.
