IIoT with LoRaWAN and PLC

There are several ways to integrate IIoT connectivity with a programmable logic controller (PLC). As part of two projects in the master's program, Markus S. evaluated which of these can be usefully integrated into didactics based on the existing infrastructure in the industrial automation laboratory.

The project results are an additional contribution to develop further projects in the context of classical PLC programming in combination with modern communication technologies that automation engineers need today.
