The aim of the project was to develop kARbon as an IT tool that would support the construction organisation, i.e. the management of a construction activity including construction supervision, in four areas at once to an extent that had not been possible before: logging and documentation, communication support, decision support and presentation.
This not only makes construction organisation more cost-efficient, but also avoids errors that are very costly to eliminate, making the use of kARbon extremely attractive for clients and contractors. This project was funded by the state of Hesse under the Research for Practice funding line.
