Acceptance at the inter-university PZAI :
Application by Dominik Käufer accepted

The PZAI enables doctoral degrees in applied computer science at four Hessian universities of applied sciences (UAS), including Fulda University of Applied Sciences, Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences, Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences and RheinMain University of Applied Sciences. Supervision is provided by professors with a proven track record in research. Mr Käufer's doctoral thesis comprises the development of an AI-supported health platform for analysing people using fitness trackers and pose recognition systems in order to identify correlations between clinical pictures and health data. From this, enterprises can derive preventive or rehabilitative measures and evaluate their effectiveness based on evidence. The work is supervised by Prof Dr Gepperth, Prof Dr Zimmermann and Prof Dr Kiselev.
