ProSreMod is a dashboard solution for prospective control of regional resources
Until summer 2024, Anmol worked as a student assistant in the Geographical Data Analysis research team set up by Prof Dr Acksteiner at the Department of Applied Sciences at Fulda University of Applied Sciences.
Anmol's work on ProSreMod subsequently managed to lead him to the start-up IntuitivAnalytix GmbH (IAG), where he initially continued his work as an intern. IAG emerged from members of the aforementioned research group. The start-up helps enterprises to implement management systems and data analytics projects in the field of geo analyses.
Building on his internship, Anmol Angadi is currently writing his Master's thesis under the supervision of Prof Dr Jozo Acksteiner and Prof Dr Sebastian Rieger (Department of Applied Computer Science).
ProSreMod is a dashboard solution and stands for prospective control of regional resources based on mathematics modelling in the event of seasonal disease outbreaks.
The innovation addresses the discrepancy between intensive care bed capacities and patient demand during pandemics and seasonal outbreaks (RSV, influenza, etc.).
Building on the experience of the EgePan Unimed project during the COVID-19 pandemic - which visualised the availability of hospital beds and COVID-19 cases in real time and helped hospitals and health authorities to manage resources more efficiently - the next generation of the solution was developed with ProSreMod.
The aim of the application is to enable healthcare providers to be proactive rather than reactive by offering a real-time, data-driven dashboard for the management of intensive care and hospital beds.
Congratulations on this well-deserved award!
