Edited by Prof. Dr. Jan Breitweg, StB/WP and RiOLG Prof. Dr. Dominik Skauradszun, LL.M. Taxation.
The publication series provides a suitable framework for monographs in the field of corporate law that shed particular light on economic aspects. Within corporate law, the focus is on works on company law, commercial law, group law, insolvency law and tax law. The monographs deal with practice-relevant issues, drawing on legal methodology as well as suitable methods from social research, especially so-called expert interviews.
