Under the direction of Prof. Dr. Lukas Beck, Prof. Dr. Christian Laschewski, StB, and Prof. Hon. Prof. Dr. Dominik Skauradszun, LL.M. Tax., RiOLG, the Fulda Colloquium on Corporate Law holds lectures focusing on current topics in corporate law. In particular, the colloquium covers issues relating to corporate tax theory, tax law and the closely related subjects of corporate law.

Speakers include personalities from the judiciary, leading companies, renowned professionals from tax consulting and auditing firms as well as law firms and professional chambers and associations.

The events are open to all interested parties. They are aimed in particular at students at Fulda University of Applied Sciences, especially from the degree courses in the Department of Business: Taxation and Business Law, International Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Controlling (AFC) and General Management (MBA). They provide a platform for the practical and cooperation partners of the dual tax studies program, companies and consulting professionals in the extensive region to exchange ideas.

The Fulda Colloquium on Business Law is supported by the Department of Business at Fulda University of Applied Sciences and the Association of the Verein der Freunde und Förderer of the Department of Business at Fulda University of Applied Sciences.
