Ceremony on 27 May 2026 to mark the completion of your university studies
The highlight of your successful university studies: meet your companions and professors in a festive atmosphere, enjoy live music and culinary delights and let us celebrate your successful degree together. Your friends and family are also welcome to accompany you to the graduation ceremony.
All participating graduates who completed their Bachelor’s or Master’s degree between 1 January 2025 and 1 May 2026 will be officially honoured as part of the Business.Graduation ceremony and will receive the Bachelor’s or Master’s medal of the Faculty of Business.

Graduates from earlier cohorts are also warmly invited to take part in the celebration. In this case, please contact Sevda Rommel in advance and submit your degree certificate for verification of eligibility. She will also be happy to assist you with any questions regarding participation or ticket purchase.
You can order your tickets conveniently online here. All common payment methods are available to you. The tickets will be sent to you by e-mail in the form of e-tickets. Ticket sales end with the last ticket sold or on 3 May 2026 at the latest.

| 5:30 p.m. (CEST) | Ceremonial presentation of the department medals and certificates, followed by a group photo |
| 6:30 p.m. (CEST) | Get-together with culinary buffet and beverages |

Participation requirements for graduates
Please note that your final achievements must be recorded as passed by the Student Administration Office by 01.05.2026 . All participating graduates who received their Bachelor's or Master's degree between 01.01.2025 and 01.05.2026 will be honoured and receive the Bachelor's or Master's medal of the Department of Business. It is not sufficient for examiners to send an email or telephone call to confirm that you have passed the examinations. If you have purchased a ticket and do not fall into the graduate category, you will not be admitted to the ceremony and your place will be awarded to another person. The ticket price will not be refunded under these conditions.
Please print out the tickets and present them at the entrance to the Business Graduation on 27 May 2026 at the Hotel Maritim. A booking of the tickets is possible until 3 May 2026. Please wear formal attire.
