Manuela Zehender presents business mediation in the business law degree programme

On 11 February 2020, 11:40 a.m., Building 30(M), Room 207, business mediator Manuela Zehender, MBA, will present business mediation in the lecture "Legal Enforcement" by Prof. Dr. Dominik Skauradszun, LL.M.. In this lecture on procedural law, the focus is on judicial cognition and enforcement proceedings. Business mediation is an alternative to this. Ms Zehender specialises in business mediation for start-ups and business succession and will present the principles of mediation and show where mediators can complement traditional legal advisors.
