In the field of banking and banking law, we attach great importance to the transfer of knowledge and research findings into practice. This practical and knowledge transfer is crucial to ensure that enterprises can benefit from the latest findings and developments. An outstanding example of this is the Banking and Banking Law Workshop, which brings together experts from research, industry and regulatory authorities. Participants gain valuable insights, network and develop practical solutions. Such formats support the exchange of knowledge and help enterprises to respond better to changes in the financial markets and the legal framework.
The first workshop on the topic of banking and banking law took place on 13 October 2023.
The conference focussed on published research results and research in progress with the aim of transferring these to the region and at the same time assessing current developments in the fields of banking and banking law from an academic perspective.
The announcement of the conference can be found here.
