Doctoral research centre Public Health

 

The Public Health doctoral research centre at Fulda University of Applied Sciences has been awarding the doctoral degree in Public Health (Dr. P.H.) since 2017. With the award of the independent right to award doctoral degrees to a University of Applied Sciences, the state of Hesse has recognised the special research strength in Public Health at Fulda University of Applied Sciences. This doctorate in Public Health can be obtained in Germany at five universities (Bielefeld, Berlin, Bremen, Düsseldorf, Hanover) and in Fulda. Internationally, the doctorate in Public Health has a high reputation; for example, it is awarded at the School of Public Health at Berkeley University of California, at the School of Public Health at Harvard University and at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (LSHTM) at the University of London.
