The "Master of Science in International Food Business and Consumer Studies" is a joint initiative between the Faculty of Organic Agricultural Sciences, University of Kassel in Witzenhausen and the Department of Nutritional, Food and Consumer Sciences at Fulda University of Applied Sciences. It draws on the expertise of both institutions to provide a world-class programme.
