How is the programme structured?

After graduation

The MSc programme qualifies its graduates for responsible and leading positions in food businesses and related organizations. It is characterized by a multidisciplinary approach including food, business and consumer sciences - professionals with a thorough understanding have excellent career prospects in the food sector. Our graduates are aware of cultural differences and the importance of regional supply chains for development. Our current graduates work in product development, quality management, stakeholder management, certification, marketing, sales, research and education. Graduates can also progress to postgraduate study (PhD).
