Call for Papers: Doctoral Students' Research Day

Organised by Jasmin Berger, Geronimo Groh and Simone Lettner CREG (Centre de Recherches et d'Études Germaniques), the conference will provide an opportunity to discuss current socio-political and socio-economic crises and debates negotiated in the context of language and literature. In addition, the basic historical orientation of linguistics, cultural studies and literary studies can be examined in different contexts and perspectives in order to explore the currently explosive relationship between language(s) and border(s) with regard to phenomena from earlier epochs.

The Journée d'Étude will take place on Friday 26 May 2023 at the Maison de la Recherche at the University Jean-Jaurès in Toulouse and online via video conference.
The languages of presentation will be French and German. The speaking time per contribution is 20 minutes, followed by a 10-minute discussion. The aim is to publish the contributions.
