Climate Walk Goes Fulda

Together we will discuss climate justice and the relationship between science and activism in lectures, an interactive walking workshop and during an evening get-together at the Umweltzentrum Fulda.

In addition to lectures by young scientists from the Fulda Graduate Center of Social Sciences, impulses from Fulda's sustainability work and local activism, we are looking forward to the activists and researchers of Climate Walk e.V. Nina Kolarzik and Martin Thalhammer will tell us about the Climate Walk - a research, education and media project in which activists spent eleven months walking across Europe to explore local experiences and responses to biophysical and sociocultural aspects of climate change. Under their guidance, we will try to experience the climate crisis on foot in Fulda and bring different perspectives into dialogue. Further details on the event programme here.

Registration is not necessary. We welcome participation in the entire programme as well as in individual event blocks.
