This is your last chance to apply for the Master's programmes Embedded Systems and Energy and Automation Systems what was the summer semester of 2026. Enrolled students are guaranteed the opportunity to terminate their university studies! Courses will continue up to and including the summer semester of 2027, and examinations may be taken up to the winter semester of 28/29. Both study programmes will be discontinued on 31 March 2030.
In future, the range of courses will be offered as part of the English-taught Master's programme Electrical Engineering (M.Eng.) and will be offered from the summer semester 2027 onwards.

Students may request compensation for disadvantages if they have a chronic illness or a disability which prevents them from sitting an examination performance in the prescribed form and/or duration, or allows them to do so only to a limited extent. The examination performance is then adapted through the use of technical aids, a different type of examination or an extended time limit (see Section 21(1) of the ABPO). Neither the content nor the level of difficulty of the examination changes as a result of compensation for disadvantages; only the conditions are modified to enable equal participation as far as possible.

Submit your application for compensation for disadvantages for the winter semester by 1 December and for the summer semester by 1 June. Applying for compensation for disadvantages retrospectively after an examination has taken place is excluded. If you need assistance with your application, please feel free to contact Corinna Steinebronn. Otherwise, the application, complete with appropriate evidence, should be submitted to Prof. Dr Uwe Werner ; he will decide on the application.
