Accident reporting procedure for employees

In principle, an accident report is always required if an accident at work or on the way to work results in treatment by a general practitioner, incapacity to work for more than 3 calendar days or, in the worst case, the death of the person.

     

Accident reporting procedure for students

In the event of accidents during Sports Centre activities, accident reports are completed by the practical supervisor. They are sent to the Humans Resources Management division via the head of University Sports for employees and to the information point in the Student Service Centre for students. The subject area AGU receives a photocopy of the report.
