PhD project:
"From Competence to Performance" - Professional Retention and Professional Performance of Graduates of the Model Study Programme Physiotherapy B.Sc. at the University of Applied Sciences Fulda
Topic / Content:
Questions about the occupational fate, the fields of activity and tasks of academically qualified health professionals in the German health care landscape have not yet been adequately researched. The project takes up this deficit and pursues the goal of surveying the occupational fate of academically primarily qualified health care professions from a subject-oriented perspective. The primary qualification programme Physiotherapy (B.Sc.) at Fulda University of Applied Sciences is used as an example. Fulda is one of the study locations that received approval from the Hessian Ministry of Social Affairs to open model study programmes.
