*postponed* Climate Walk Goes Fulda

Climate Walk Goes Fulda

The Climate Walk is coming through Hessen and will stop at our campus! We cordially invite you to the lecture of the researching activists of the Climate Walk and a subsequent interactive walk with the Wanderers of Changing Worlds.

The Climate Walk is a multi-dimensional research, education, and media project in which activists walk across Europe over eleven months to capture local experiences, perspectives, and responses to biophysical and sociocultural aspects of climate change and combine them into a holistic perspective. In doing so, the activists understand walking not only as a sustainable mode of transportation, but also as a research method and transformative practice. After the presentation of the project and a discussion of the relationship between science and climate activism, we will have the opportunity to reflect on local perspectives and possibilities for action during a 90-minute interactive "walking tour" through Fulda.
