What's it all about

The politics of food in society, involving manufacturers, retailers, consumers, and health professionals, are complex and continually evolving. This programme prepares graduates for leadership roles in national and international enterprises in the food business and in food certification organisations. Students gain the skills and experience necessary to manage complex processes in the food industry, trade, and the agricultural sector as well as to develop and market food products and related services according to the needs of different consumer groups.

How is the programme structured?

After graduation

Serving specific needs of consumers is a core business and to do that in a more sustainable way will be a challenging business opportunity in the food sector, while at the same time being responsive to societal needs. Graduates must be aware of cultural differences and the importance of regional supply chains for development.
