Costs
Programme fee
On-site participation: 2500€
The fee includes the standard programme
1 three-week Seminar
1 Language course
Extracurricular activities
Field trip to Berlin, Kreuzberg and Point Alpha
Additional fee of 50 € for daytrips to Würzburg and Weimar; See Programme.
Accommodation: from 6th July until 27th of January , 2024. Breakfast is included. See < Accommodation & Meals
Insurance (covers: illnesses, accidents, and personal liability)
Please note:
We cannot offer any fee reduction or scholarship if you do not want to attend the entire standard programme.

Domestic and International travel to and from Fulda
Meals and beverages
Personal spending
Laundry services
Possible additional expenses:
Luggage insurance. We recommend that you insure your luggage before starting your travels
Additional accommodation in Fulda in case you:
arrive in Fulda before IWU-Arrival Day
stay on after IWU-Departure Day
Please, make sure that you bring enough cash (€) with you on the day of arrival, to cover the additional costs (deposits) and to have some money for food and beverages during the first few days. Many shops do not accept credit cards.
Payment
You can pay the course fee per bank transfer to our bank account.
Once you´ve been selected for participation, you´ll receive detailed information.
Scholarship
A limited number of scholarships are available!
You can apply for a scholarship at the IWU Fulda during the application for the programme itself.
Please send us your CV, letter of motivation, and two letters of recommendation to isuteam(at)hs-fulda.de.
Special information for Exchange Students from Massachusetts, Wisconsin and Queensland
If you are a student from the University of Massachusetts system, the University of Wisconsin system, and participating universities in Queensland you will participate as exchange students and will not pay fees directly to IWU Fulda. Please contact your study abroad advisor for more information on how and when to apply.
