Our Welcome Centre is committed to providing visiting professors and researchers from all over the world with a range of services that help them organise their stay here and prepare their departure, making their Fulda experience as stress-free and as pleasant as possible.

The Welcome Centre helps with visa applications, internal hiring procedures, formalities and appointments with the Immigration Office, accommodation, administrative requirements at the University (IT support, library services, etc.), and it provides information about cultural activities in Fulda as well as tips and advice for accompanying partners and family members.

The Welcome Centre is part of the Programme for the Recruitment and Development of Professorial Staff at Fulda University of Applied Sciences (ProGEPP@HFD), which is funded by the federal and state governments.
