Erasmus+ application

Procedure

Prerequisite: You are enrolled at Fulda University of Applied Sciences and have completed your first year of study.

Step 1:
Get in touch with the contact persons in your department. They look forward to meeting you and will be happy to advise you on your application. The application deadline for the following academic year is 15 January (30 May for the departments SK). The application portal will be open from 15 November to 15 January (or 15 April to 30 May for the departments SK  and SW and application for remaining places for all Departments for the following summer semester). Application is only possible during this period via the following link.

Please read the application instructions carefully before you start. We recommend an early application! Further information on the selection procedure can be found on the following departmental websites:

Step 2:
After you have been selected by your department, please contact the Erasmus coordinator of Fulda University of Applied Sciences at the International Office Maria Campuzano. She will inform you about the application procedure and the application deadlines at your host university and will be happy to answer your questions.

Documents

By signing the Erasmus Acceptance Form, you have committed to submit several Erasmus documents to the International Office, duly completed and signed. You can find an overview of the documents as well as the deadlines here:
