Flats for guest lecturers

Fulda University of Applied Sciences is pleased to be able to offer its visiting lecturers, mainly international students, comfortable and attractive accommodation for the duration of their stay. The guest flats are within walking distance of the university campus.

Marquard Residence

Fulda University of Applied Sciences maintains a 2-room flat and a studio flat in its immediate neighbourhood in the listed "Marquardresidenz", which is structurally one unit with the old campus of Fulda University of Applied Sciences.
Built between 1899 and 1901 in the era of Kaiser Wilhelm II, one of the two side wings of the "Marquardresidenz" was completely destroyed at the end of the Second World War. This wing was rebuilt in 2004 as part of a comprised, state-of-the-art renovation of the building complex. Fulda University of Applied Sciences can now offer its guests flats with modern comforts in a historic building.

Mackenrodtstraße 4A

Mackenrodstraße is located directly next to Fulda University of Applied Sciences and offers an ideal residential location for university members. A 2-room university flat is located here, which is characterised by its immediate proximity to the campus and the quiet surroundings. Short distances and a pleasant neighbourhood make it particularly attractive.
