FIT - Supporting Fulda's international talents for integration into university studies and the labour market

There is great potential to attract international students as the qualified professionals of tomorrow. For this to work well, the integration of international students into university studies and the labour market is a fundamental condition.

With the project "FIT - Supporting Fulda's international talents for integration into university studies and the labour market", which is funded by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and the Federal Ministry of Education and Research of Germany (BMBF), Fulda University of Applied Sciences aims to create additional support services for international students and bring employers and international students together.

Increasing the academic success of international students and improving their employability on the German labour market are the main objectives of the FIT program, which is a central component of Fulda University of Applied Sciences' internationalisation strategy.

Planned measures comprise, among other things, the expansion of German course offerings, the strengthening of counseling and support services for international students as well as the organisation of events and networking activities between employers and international students.

You can find more information on the "FIT - Promotion of international talents for integration into studies and the labour market" on the DAAD website.
