Application : Pre-College Fulda
The preparatory year Pre-College Fulda starts once a year in the winter semester.

Conditions for Pre-College Fulda
- Indirect university entrance qualification:Find out if you have an indirect university entrance qualification.
- German skills at least at level B1 CEFR, which you can prove with the following certificates: Goethe Zertifikat B1, telc Deutsch B1 (no DTZ telc B1), Deutsches Sprachdiplom der Kultusministerkonferenz Stufe 2 (DSD II) or Österreichisches Sprachdiplom Deutsch B1 (ÖSD).

- Curriculum vitae in tabular form
- School-leaving certificate with a list of subjects and transcript of records in the original language and as a translation into German or English
- Photocopier of passport (if available: residence permit for Germany)
- APS certificate, if applicable
Costs
You pay a one-off fee of €1,950, which covers tuition and examination fees as well as the textbooks for the German lessons.
In addition to the course fees, you must pay the so-called ‘semester fee’ once per semester. You can find out how much this is and what it covers on the semester fee webpage.
Re-enrolment for the application
To ensure that suitable candidates have sufficient time to apply for visas, applications are reviewed in the order in which they are received, even before the application deadline. Notifications of admission are sent electronically. The number of places available at Pre-College Fulda is limited, so it is worth applying early.
Scholarships
The Fulda University of Applied Sciences aims to give as many women and men as possible the opportunity to qualify for university studies or professional training with the Pre-College Fulda preparatory year. For this reason, women can be released from the Pre-College fees in justified cases.
