Department of Business with strong :
results in the CHE Ranking 2026

The study programmes International Business & Management, International Business Administration and Logistics Management Dual were included in the assessment conducted by the CHE as "Subject Business Administration". Students assessed the campus-based programmes in the top range in almost all categories. The equipment criteria are particularly positive, especially rooms, study and work spaces and library facilities. The dual study programmes also predominantly achieve assessments in the top range; the management of studies is rated particularly highly here.

In terms of the factual indicators, the business administration study programmes achieve the top group in several areas: international orientation, contact with professional practice, support at the beginning of studies and the extent of integration in dual study programmes.

In the area of economic law, study programmes from two departments were considered across the university. The Department of Business includes Taxation Dual and Economic Law - Sustainability and Ethics. The management of studies and resources are particularly strong here. Economic Law at the Department of Business also reached the top group several times in the factual indicators: in contact with professional practice, in support at the beginning of studies, in the extent of interlocking in the dual study programme and in the proportion of degrees completed in a reasonable time.

The CHE University Ranking is one of the most important orientation aids for prospective students in German-speaking countries and is compiled annually by the Centre for Higher Education Development in cooperation with "Die Zeit".
