Instrumental analysis laboratory : Building 46, Room 221
The analytical laboratory houses important analytical equipment for the chemical analysis of food, natural substances (of plant and animal origin) and environmental samples.
resources
- UHPLC-MS/MS system (AmaZon SL LC-MS system: high-performance ion trap for LC/MSn applications, equipped with "dual funnel" ion transmission)
- HPLC with UV and fluorescence detection with automatic autosampler
- a UV-VIS photometer for enzymatic and photometric measurement of ingredients
- a capillary gas chromatograph (FID) for determining, for example, the distribution of fatty acids in foods
- a flame photometer for the determination of minerals (Na, K, Mg)
- two plate photometers (UV and fluorescence detection) for the determination of samples on a multi-well scale
