The Long Day is aimed at all prospective students, regardless of where they are at the moment.
Have you terminated school or your training and are interested in university studies? This year, you have until 30 September to apply for the open admission study programmes at our university - so the countdown is on . Of course, there are still many questions right now: How should I even decide on a study programme? Am I right with my decision? How do the application and enrolment process work? What can I expect in the first semester?
Are you still at school or in training and want to start university studies next year or even the year after next? Perfect! The Long Day is the ideal and relaxed start to the process of choosing a degree programme (--> next step: pathways to university studies; after that: university information day). We will show you what you need to look out for and how to find a suitable study programme and provide you with relevant material.
What is it all about?
We offer personal advisory services and information on: study orientation, studying with a disability and chronic illness, scholarships and studying with a family. Our students also organise a café on the terrace where you can exchange ideas about university studies and all topics related to them.
