Conflict clearing, conflict counselling and conflict resolution

Conflicts are part of our working lives and are often unavoidable. It becomes problematic when labour conflicts are not dealt with. They quickly develop a life of their own, which has a negative impact on the nature of collaboration, the working atmosphere and results. Conflicts put us under pressure and cause stress, which in the case of unresolved ongoing conflicts can manage to mental or physical illness.

Effective teams are characterised by the fact that they cooperate well with each other and pursue common goals. The division of roles and tasks is clear and is supported by everyone. Organisations are constantly evolving. Norms and rules of collaboration must be constantly readjusted.

Further qualification quali.prof@haw: Career coaching

The quali.prof@haw further qualification programme offers young academics support on their career path to a professorship at a university of applied sciences. The "Career coaching" module is offered as part of the ProGEPP ("Programme for the recruitment and development of professorial staff") funded programme. This module comprises individual one-to-one coaching sessions.
