On the other hand, the aim is to reflect on your own reading skills in order to support and further develop your understanding of academic texts. Practical examples of reading techniques geared towards university studies will be used to facilitate and improve the handling of academic texts. One aim of the workshop is to teach the selective application of reading techniques so that they can be used effectively and productively in your own university studies.

Many science and technology study programmes offer a laboratory internship at least once during the course of your university studies. In order to optimally prepare you for these lab practicals, we Lernscouts offer you a workshop. In it, we will give you a few tips on how to prepare for and follow up on the labs, as well as how to write a lab report.
This workshop/course is a condition for attendance of other courses. In the case of online or blended learning courses, the course can be attended in parallel with the other courses or is integrated into the e-learning platform. In the case of face-to-face courses, the course must be completed before the course and can be replaced by individual learning counselling during the promotion of self-study.
