What happens to my suggestion for improvement?

Your submission via the online contact form will first reach the Planning and Controlling (PLC) division.

  • In the case ofapplicantswho wish to provide re-enrolment on the application procedure, personal data will only be passed on to the department in charge if this is absolutely necessary to process the report.
  • In the case ofstudentsthe text will be anonymised and forwarded to the relevant office for processing (i.e. examination and initiation of measures). The personal data will not be passed on to third parties, but will be used exclusively by PLC for interim or re-enrolment purposes and for any queries.
  • In the case ofemployeesof the university, the suggestion will be forwarded to the department in charge in a non-anonymised form.

Your suggestions for improvement are very important to us!

All suggestions for improvement are documented by PLC and their implementation is tracked. Messages that show no potential for improvement or criticise or insult people will be deleted immediately.
