FiduS - Training for exercise instructors

For all those who would like to learn more about the meaning, the effect and the structure of moving breaks in seminars and lectures and who would like to lead moving breaks themselves at our university, the university sports department offers a freeFiduS exercise leader training course on the topic of "moving breaks".

Under the guidance of staff from the University Sports Department at Fulda University of Applied Sciences, the training deals with the question of why moving breaks are useful, what needs to be taken into account when implementing them and what implementation looks like in concrete terms.

The participants will be enabled to lead movement breaks in courses themselves. Numerous practical exercises will be taught and each participant will lead a moving break themselves towards the end of the training.

Fees:For members of Fulda University of Applied Sciences who become FiduS exercise instructors here at the university after the training, the training is free of charge if they are still at Fulda University of Applied Sciences for at least one year.

Otherwise, as a university member, they pay 50 euros for the training. If you are an internal member and do not wish to work as a FiduS trainer, you will have to pay 50 euros.

External participants pay a fee of 72 euros for the training and pay for their own materials (T-shirt, FiduS manual, if applicable).
