International Winter University (IWU) as diverse as never before

The IWU 2023 participants came from every corner of the world to Fulda.

Students from every continent came to Fulda for this year´s IWU edition.

On Monday, 9 January, the International Winter University (IWU) 2023 was off to a successful start. Over a dozen participants in total from every continent arrived safely in Fulda.
During the opening ceremony, the participants were welcomed by the president of Fulda University Prof. Dr. Khakzar, as well as the head of the International Office Julia-Sophie Rothmann,
the IWU´s academic director Prof. Dr. Hunger and its coordinator Judith Tornier.

We are looking forward to a great time of intercultural exchange!
