The protection of your data is particularly important to us, which is why we only use multiple secure data processing systems in the project.
You can find more information below, but you can also contact us at any time if you have questions.
Personal data (age, gender, origin) is collected within the scope of the study. The collection and evaluation of the data is pseudonymised. This means that you can create your own pseudonym (individual code) in the questionnaire at the beginning of the survey. We also ask you to create this individual code in the second and third questionnaires, and via this code we can assign the data records from the questionnaires to each other without knowing which concrete persons are behind these pseudonyms.
We will guide you through the process of creating the code in the questionnaire. This requires the first two letters of your mother's first name, the first two digits of your birthday and the second and third letters of your place of birth. For example, if your mother's name is Katrinand you were born in Fuldaon 08.12., this will result in the pseudonym "KA08UL".
Data protection law grants you the following rights:
- the right to information (Art. 15 DS-GVO),
- the right to rectification (Art. 16 DS-GVO),
- the right to erasure (Art. 17 DS-GVO),
- the right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 DS-GVO),
- the right to object to processing (Art. 21 DS-GVO),
- as well as a right to data portability (Art. 20 DS-GVO).
Since the data is collected in pseudonymised form, the deletion and blocking of individual or all personal data can be initiated. To do this, we record the individual code that you create yourself at the beginning of the survey. If you want to withdraw your consent to the use of your data, you only have to send us this code (don't worry, we will help you to create the code again). The code will allow us to identify your data and delete it if you wish.
