Health, nutritionand careinold age

For many people, an enjoyable and healthy diet is an essential part of their quality of life. But demands on meals and food as well as supply structures can change in old age. Innovative concepts must therefore take different needs into account.

In doing so, it is important to take into account the individual state of health, supply options in the living environment as well as eating habits and preferences. Findings from research provide an important contribution to this.

Central topics are:

↘ Shopping and eating habits

↘ Everyday organisation and care

↘ Health and nutritional status

↘ Sensory tastings

↘ Tests on the use of commodities
