Logistics and supply chain management characterise the research and teaching of the department of business at the HFD. By locating at the HOLM, these strengths will become even more visible in the Rhine-Main region. Application-oriented research and teaching will be intensified through knowledge transfer with the enterprises located there and the expansion of networks with enterprises and other universities. The HFD has been based at the HOLM with research projects and researchers since 2014.
