ELVe

The scientific centre ELVe is one of the central scientific research facilities at Fulda University of Applied Sciences. Here, professors, research assistants and students research, develop and accompany intensive and diverse projects in the fields of nutrition, food and sustainable supply and catering systems.

It is the task of the centre to network competences and expertise from the different subject areas and to create a transfer between research, practice and society. The centre combines research activities, teaching and staff from the faculties of oecotrophology, economics, food technology and informatics.

The scientific centre ELVe is the successor institution of the Centre for Catering, Management and Culinary Arts (ZCMK).
