Question and objective
Various companies have opted for different logistics concepts. What is the basis for these decisions? At what point does it make sense to work centrally or decentrally and what degree of hubs makes sense when?
Expected results
This work is intended to create a basis, e.g. in the form of tables or other overviews, which we can then use and exchange in the development of scenarios as soon as initial data (such as increasing purchase quantities) become available.
