The annual recruitment fair offers interested enterprises the opportunity to present their career entry and career offers to students and graduates of Fulda University of Applied Sciences and to answer questions about starting a career directly at their own stand. First introductory talks can be managed in a targeted and relaxed atmosphere.

With almost 9,500 students, Fulda University of Applied Sciences is a key location factor in the region. Students from all over Germany come together here with international students.

With the departments of Applied Computer Sciences, Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, Food Technology, Nutritional, Food and Consumer Sciences, Health Sciences, Social and Cultural Sciences, Social Work and Business, Fulda University of Applied Sciences covers a wide range of subjects.

Whether internships, dual study places, theses or career entry - we offer the right specialists for almost all enterprises and industries.

Find students who are doing their practical placements or writing their thesis with you and present yourself as an attractive employer.

The recruitment fair has now become a permanent fixture in the university's event year and is conceptually adapted every year.

Wednesday and Thursday, 11 and 12 November 2026
Fair hours from 10:00 to 15:00

FAIRSPACES
There will be space for 27 exhibition stands in Hall 8 on each day of the fair.

Basic package 899,- Euro plus 19% VAT. *

Attendance on one day of the fair (either 11/11/2026 or 12/11/2026) in presence
Application of the recruitment fair to our students (including presentation of your enterprise in advance on the landing page of the recruitment fair and the social media presence)
Stand area 3.00 m wide x 2.00 m long
Free of charge internet access via W-Lan
Use of catering (food and drinks) for 3 people including lunch (€ 25.00 for each additional person)
Digital extension via the online Career Centre of Fulda University of Applied Sciences
Regular exhibitor information with important information about the fair and Fulda University of Applied Sciences
Individual supervision before the university fair and on the day of the fair by our fair team

AS A PRACTICAL PLACEMENT PARTNER IN THE DUAL STUDY PROGRAMME AT THE RECRUITMENT FAIR

Through your practical partnership in the dual study programme, you are already closely linked to the university. This year, we would like to make this particularly visible at the recruitment fair, e.g. with our practice partner badges. In addition, a targeted approach to pupils is planned. We will also use our school mailing lists to apply for the recruitment fair with pupils who are already looking for a practical placement partner for the coming winter semester 2027/2028.

Once again this year, we cordially invite enterprises, institutions and organisations to present themselves as exhibitors at our recruitment fair - free of charge if you are taking on a non-subject-specific Deutschlandstipendium scholarship in the 2026/2027 funding year.
