What is the best way to deal with change? And how can we actively shape change processes?

Podcast host Mariana Friedrich welcomes scientists who want to use their findings to provide impetus for change, for a new way of looking at things and for new approaches.

We take a look at a project in schools and ask how teaching staff manage to support pupils individually, i.e. according to their needs and talents, and systematically.

We ask why we find it so difficult to change our eating habits and how we still manage to feel good.

We look at housing from a social perspective and, in a double episode, provide many good reasons why social work should become a natural partner for urban development.

We talk about EU reporting in local library items and how this should change so that we can better anchor Europe on the ground.

And we look at social sustainability and show why we should care about the topic despite sustainability fatigue.

The episodes are published every fortnight and can be accessed via the Fulda University of Applied Sciences website and all popular podcatchers. (in German)
