Research project invites attendance in group discussions about eating habits and preferences. Individual perspectives and appointments are in demand.

Nutrition is a very personal matter, and the needs, appointments and options are correspondingly individual and diverse. What is important to citizens when it comes to food and what is not? What constitutes good food for them? And what role do certain foods play? Researchers at Fulda University of Applied Sciences would like to start a dialogue about this.

They are looking for adults of all ages with different eating habits, preferences and appointments who are willing to exchange ideas with five to six other participants in moderated group discussions. The groups are appointed in such a way that participants with similar needs and appointments always discuss with each other. The time required is around one and a half to two hours. For the evaluation, all discussions are audio-recorded and then written up in anonymised form.

Interested parties are first asked to complete a short online questionnaire so that the groups can be put together appropriately. All interested parties will then receive a message as to whether they can take part. Only then will a date be arranged. Anyone taking part in the group discussions will receive an expense allowance of 50 euros.
