What is it about?
Fulda University of Applied Sciences already offers very good framework conditions for researchers and has been awarded the "HR Excellence in Research" seal of quality. The aim of the project is to further expand the existing supportive structures and to develop new offers in counselling, support and further training for researchers. By means of a comprehensive analysis, a plan of action was drawn up, which you can find in full here.
The Research and Transfer Department is concerned with the implementation of several packages of measures, which can be divided into structural development and the expansion of offers for researchers. How does the project expire?
The measures of the first action plan will be successively implemented until the end of 2022. With the help of a moderated network, improved structures and offers will be created. Among other things, needs assessments, feasibility studies and expert discussions will be carried out to ensure that all researchers are optimally supported.

A central goal of the project is the networking and co-design of the researchers.
