
Programme structure
The programme lasts approximately one year and is held at the University of Applied Sciences Fulda and the University of Kassel.
Programme modules
The programme consists of four modules and a framework programme. The modules include workshops, expert discussions, individual coaching and other seminar formats that deal with relevant topics related to the HAW professorship. The framework programme includes kick-off/final events, networking opportunities and individual process support and serves to steer the programme in an effectiveness-oriented manner.

During implementation, particular attention is paid to a participant-orientated approach:
- modular programme design
- Individual programme design, focal topics should take personal needs into account
- Coaching module deals with topics on an individual level in a 1:1 format
- Possibility of online attendance at individual courses
- Favourable times for occupations (e. g. weekend dates)
