The Department of Social and Cultural Sciences stays in touch with graduates ("alumni"), in some cases far beyond their degree. With their personal development and experience, they are also potential cooperation partners who can provide new impetus for students, the department and the university. We therefore endeavour to maintain contact with each other, build networks and involve alumni in studies, teaching and research on various occasions.
The department has a profile on LinkedIn. Graduates of the BASIB study programme are welcome to network with each other and the department via LinkedIn.

ICEUS university studies often lead to the development of networks for students that span the entire globe.
We regularly send out notices of relevant job advertisements via a mailing list to which all alumni can be added if they are interested. The Career Service mailing is sent to interested ICEUS alumni by email approximately one to four times a month and contains a compilation of current job advertisements and information on relevant scholarship and doctoral programmes.
In the alumni newsletter , graduates report on their career entry or other projects; the department provides readers with news from the department. The ICEUS alumni newsletters provide a forum for sharing the experiences of ICEUS alumni with other graduates and students. In addition, the ICEUS alumni newsletters regularly report on current developments in the Department of Social and Cultural Sciences. The ICEUS alumni newsletters published to date can be sent by email on request.
Please register with the Programme Coordination Office to receive the Career Service mailing or the alumni newsletter:
