Various opportunities
The department sees itself as a place of diversity and international and intercultural encounters. The design of our study programmes is also attractive to prospective international students. Some of the programmes can be studied entirely in English. We deal with transnational topics, we maintain cooperations with international partner universities, and we regularly recruit international visiting professors. In addtion, there are many opportunities for study and internship stays within and outside Europe.
study abroad
Erasmus+
As part of Erasmus+, students can spend one or two semesters at a partner university in another European country. Tuition fees at the foreign university are waived and mobility grants can be applied for.
Studies overseas
We also cooperate with universities outside of Europe, so that students can also apply to spend a semester overseas. Tuition fees are waived in some cases. Scholarships are available to a certain extent.
Transnational Governance and Human Rights
The project Transnational Governance and Human Rights is one of two projects at Fulda University of Applied Sciences that is funded by the DAAD program HAW Interational. The main objective is the expansion of the international network of the Department of Social and Cultural Sciences. To reach this goal, it supports a variety of exchange programs with six selected partner universities worldwide.
