Your first semester

at the Department of Social and Cultural Sciences

Welcome to the Department of Social and Cultural Sciences

Dear first semester students,

we are happy that you have chosen to study at the Department of Social and Cultural Sciences and look forward to welcoming you to Hochschule Fulda very soon!

At the beginning of your studies, you will have many questions. We will provide information in advance via email and support you with your course enrolment during the introductory week, where you will also get to know your department, your fellow students and the university with its various facilities. You can find the programme for the introductory week for your degree programme further down this page.

We are aware that many international students are unable to arrive in time for the introductory week and the start of their studies due to lengthy visa processes. If this applies to you, please let us know this and your expected arrival date using the form at the bottom of this page. Even if your arrival date changes again, please let us know. This helps us planning classes and schedules.

Please only use your university email address when communicating with the university. You can easily access your university emails via your browser: https://webmail.hs-fulda.de/gw/webacc

See you soon in Fulda!
