Conditions of participation for the German language test for admission to university (DSH) at Fulda University of Applied Sciences (as of September 2025)

1. Matriculated students of Fulda University of Applied Sciences (internal) as well as participants in the Pre-Study and Pre-College programs of Fulda University of Applied Sciences (internal) and external persons can take the DSH.
2. The current examination regulations of the Department of Social and Cultural Sciences at Fulda University of Applied Sciences for the German language test for admission to university (DSH) apply to the DSH: https: //www.hs-fulda.de/unsere-hochschule/hochschulrecht/pruefungsordnungen/sozial-und-kulturwissenschaften
3. The examination fee is € 80.00 for internal participants and € 150.00 for external participants.
4. The examination fee must be paid before the examination after receipt of an invoice within the specified deadline. Afterwards, the applicants will receive a definitive admission for the respective DSH date.
5. After payment of the fee and admission to the DSH, registration is binding and the fee will not be refunded in the event of cancellation of the examination - e.g. due to scheduling problems or having already passed the DSH elsewhere. Only in the event of withdrawal from the DSH due to inability to take an examination (doctor's certificate sent by e-mail to the examination chairperson no later than 2 days after the examination date) on the day of the examination is a refund of the examination fee less € 10.00 administrative charge or a postponement to the next DSH date without further payment of fees possible.
