Project description:
The focus is on assistance planning or participation planning within the framework of integration assistance, which is a core task within social work.

In a pilot study, discussion sequences of assistance planning discussions are analysed in order to gain information about how it is possible in a dialogue-oriented counselling process to work out the problem and the resulting need of the client for support.

The professional and personal competences of the help planner flow into these conversations just as much as the personal perspective and assessment of the person entitled to help on their need for help.

The aim of the project is to gain information on beneficial or successful communication patterns for professional qualification for studies and further education within social work.
