Project description:
In peripheral rural areas, older long-term unemployed people (especially those with chronic illnesses, depression, language barriers) are difficult to integrate into the labour market, even after educational measures. The project developed and tested a social-space-related concept that links individual resources ("I") resources with the "we" resources of a group of similar interest orientations and the "place" resources of the rural communities.
